The challenge this year was to stay "on-brand" whilst sticking to best practice web design. We needed to make use of key brand imagery without creating pages that take years to download.
We also wanted to improve on the home page Flash animation in some way.
What we did
Front end design, semantic XHTML markup, CSS-based layout. Project managed development and Flash programming. Website hosting by Coretech.
Kain Balzary did an awesome job with the Flash on the home page. Once again delivering on time without sacrificing great quality.
This year features improved functionality with links to IMDB info pages and official websites where possible. This is aimed at helping Film-goers make decisions about which films they would like to see. Ofcourse, we'd like them to see them all :-)
